Jobs
Posting and managing job vacancies for your locations
Jobs are vacancy postings tied to a specific location. Use them to publish open roles on your website, push them to job boards, or sync them automatically from a connected HR system.
Heads up: Jobs are an optional feature. If you don't see Jobs in the company sidebar, an account admin can enable it under Settings → Objects.
Where to find jobs
Open a company, then click Jobs in the company sidebar. You'll see every job posting across that company's locations, with status badges so you can spot drafts and published roles at a glance.
Adding a job
- Click Add Job.
- Fill in the General tab:
- Title (required) — the role name as it should appear publicly.
- Location — which branch this opening belongs to.
- Description — long-form copy describing the role, responsibilities, and what you're looking for.
- Employment type — Full-time, Part-time, Mini-job, Internship, etc.
- Salary range and currency — optional; leave blank if you don't publish salary.
- Switch to the Application tab to set how candidates apply:
- Application URL — link to your applicant tracking system or careers page.
- Application email — used as a fallback if no URL is provided.
- Application contact name — the recruiter's name shown to candidates.
- Optionally fill in any Custom fields your account has defined for jobs.
- Set the Status: Draft (hidden), Published (live), or Closed (archived).
- Click Save.
Editing a job
Click any job row to open it in the same form you used to create it. Changes apply immediately. Switching a job from Draft to Published makes it visible everywhere your jobs feed is consumed.
Status meanings
- Draft — The job is saved but not visible publicly. Use this while you're still writing.
- Published — The job is live. It will appear on connected websites, job boards, and any external feeds you've set up.
- Closed — The role has been filled or withdrawn. Closed jobs are kept for record-keeping but no longer surface publicly.
Jobs synced from Personio
If you've connected Personio (see Personio), jobs are pulled automatically from your Personio recruiting feed. A small badge on the job row indicates it's externally managed — most fields are read-only and refresh on every sync. Only locally-created jobs can be edited freely.
Deleting a job
Use the delete action on any job row. Synced jobs reappear on the next Personio sync, so to remove them permanently, archive or close them in Personio first.
