Publishing
Pushing your content to connected channels
The Publishing page is where you push the content you've created in Gridwork to external channels — your generated websites, Google Ads, and (in future) more.
How publishing fits in
You author content in one place — posts, services, references, jobs — and then publish it from here to whichever channels are connected. The Publishing page surfaces the integrations relevant to your account and lets you trigger pushes without leaving the dashboard.
What's connected
The page lists every integration that's enabled for your account, along with its current status. Today the supported channels are:
- Website — Triggers a fresh static-site build for a company's locations. See Company website.
- Google Ads — Generates Google Ads campaign assets for a company. See Company ads.
- Google Business Profile — Publishes each location to Google Search and Maps. See Google Business Profile.
If a channel isn't listed, it isn't connected yet. Open Settings → Integrations to set one up.
Triggering a publish
Pick the channel and the company you want to publish for, click Publish, and Gridwork sends the latest data to that channel. The page shows progress and a link to the result (a deployed site, a downloadable campaign CSV, etc.) once the run finishes.
Scheduling
Posts you create in Marketing → Posts can be scheduled for a future publish date. Scheduled posts surface here once their date arrives and are sent to every channel they apply to.
Roadmap
We add channels based on customer demand. If there's a platform you'd like Gridwork to publish to directly, let support know.
