Account settings — General
Account name, logo, language, timezone, and subscription
The General tab in Account Settings is where you manage the account-level basics — the name and logo other members see, your default language and timezone, and your subscription plan.
Where to find it
Open Settings in the sidebar. The General tab is selected by default.
What you can change
- Account name — Used everywhere your account is referenced. Renaming takes effect immediately.
- Account logo — A small image shown in the sidebar and on shared materials. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 4 MB; Gridwork resizes and re-encodes it for fast delivery.
- Default language — German or English. Members can override their own language in Profile; this setting is the fallback for new members and outgoing emails.
- Default timezone — Used for displaying timestamps and scheduling posts.
- Subscription plan — Read-only here; managed under the Plan & Billing tab.
Removing the logo
Click the small remove icon next to the current logo in the upload control. The logo image is deleted from storage; the field becomes empty until you upload a new one.
Who can edit
Only account admins see the General tab. Other members can view their own profile in Profile but cannot change account-level fields.
