Your profile

Manage your personal name, email, and password

Your profile holds your personal information — separate from any account-level settings. What you change here affects only you, regardless of which account you're working in.

Where to find it

Click your name or avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Profile.

Editing your name

  1. Update First name and Last name in the Name card.
  2. Click Save.

The new name shows up immediately in the sidebar, in any audit logs, and on outgoing invitation emails you send.

Your email address

Your email is your sign-in identity and the address all transactional emails go to. It's read-only on this page.

To change your email, contact support — we verify the new address before switching it to prevent account takeover.

Changing your password

  1. In the Password card, enter your current password.
  2. Enter your new password twice.
  3. Click Update password.

Choose something that's at least 8 characters long. After a successful change, all other active sessions stay signed in — sign out manually from any device you no longer trust.

What's not here

Account-level settings — name, logo, default language, subscription — live in Account settings → General. Per-account roles and permissions live in Members.
