Adding and removing integrations

Per-provider add-ons (Website, Google Ads, Personio, GBP) and how they bill

Integrations in Gridwork are sold as separate add-ons. Each one is €19/month per company and unlocks one provider across your workspace. Like the base plan, an add-on is billed for every company in your account, so the cost scales with your company count.

The four available add-ons are Website, Google Ads, Personio, and Google Business Profile (GBP). Each has its own line on your monthly invoice.

Adding an add-on

Open Settings → Plan & Billing. Under the add-ons section you'll see each provider with its monthly price and an Add button. Adding an add-on goes through Stripe and attaches it as a new line item to your existing subscription, so there's no separate checkout for each one.

Once Stripe confirms the purchase, a webhook flips the integration on for your account. The provider's settings page becomes visible in the sidebar (subject to your role, see Integration permissions), and you can start configuring it right away.

If you add an integration mid-month, the line item shows up on your next invoice on the 1st. Like with companies, the partial first month is not charged.

Removing an add-on

In the same place, click Remove next to the integration you no longer want. The add-on is dropped from your subscription, and the webhook switches the integration off.

Your data is preserved. Generated websites stay on file, ad campaign history is preserved, employee imports from Personio stay attached to their locations, and GBP-linked locations keep their connection metadata. The integration UI just stops appearing in the sidebar, and any actions that depended on it become unavailable.

If you re-add the same integration later, everything reconnects and the existing data is reachable again.

What an add-on does and doesn't do

Add-ons control whether an integration is available to the account. They don't grant any user-level access on their own. A user still needs the right RBAC permission for the integration to see it in the dashboard. If you add the Google Ads add-on but a team member has no read permission for it, they won't see anything change.

This is by design: silent absence is preferred over "you don't have access" placeholders.

Frequently asked

Can I get a refund if I remove an add-on mid-month? No. The current month's charge stands; the line item just drops from the next invoice.

Do add-ons require a base plan? Yes. You need an active base subscription (or an admin-granted bypass) before add-ons take effect.

Is the price the same for every integration? Yes, all four add-ons are €19/month each, monthly billing only at launch.

What happens to my add-ons if my payment fails? Add-ons follow the same lifecycle as the base subscription. After the 7-day grace window, the workspace switches to read-only and integration-driven actions stop until billing is restored.
