How to read the pricing page
A guide to the public pricing page, what each card means, and what is included
The public pricing page at /pricing is where you see what Gridwork costs before you sign up, and where existing account admins compare plans before upgrading. It shows two sections: plans on top, add-ons below.
All prices are shown in EUR and billed monthly. There is no yearly toggle at launch.
Plans
The top row holds the three plan tiers. A plan is the base subscription for your account, and it sets which content features are turned on (jobs, references, posts, gallery, and so on).
- Starter. Free. Covers the core company, location, employee, and service management features. Good for trying Gridwork out or running a small operation that does not need the optional content modules.
- Professional. €25 per month. Unlocks the optional content modules on top of everything in Starter. Carries the Recommended badge because it fits most franchise systems.
- Enterprise. Contact sales. No price on the card. Used for larger setups or custom terms.
The Recommended badge is a static marker on the Professional card. It is a guidance signal, not a sale or a time-limited offer. It does not change based on your usage or account state.
Add-ons
Below the plans you see the add-on row. Add-ons are sold separately from your plan tier. Each one unlocks a specific integration:
- Website add-on. Static website generation per company.
- Google Ads add-on. Google Ads campaign generation per company.
- Personio add-on. Personio integration for employee sync.
- Google Business Profile add-on. Google Business Profile management per company.
Each add-on is €19 per month. You can buy any add-on with any plan tier, including Starter. An add-on you do not buy stays hidden inside the dashboard, even after you sign up. See integration UI gating for how that works.
Call-to-action buttons
The button on each card depends on the plan:
- Starter shows a Get started button that takes you to sign-up. No card needed.
- Professional shows an Upgrade or Start now button. When you click Subscribe, Gridwork asks for your billing details before the Stripe checkout opens, so the checkout shows the correct VAT from the first second and your billing address is already on file.
- Enterprise shows a Contact sales button that opens a contact form. The public Enterprise card has no checkout.
If you are already signed in as an account admin, the buttons swap to the in-app upgrade flow under Settings, Plan & Billing instead of public sign-up. If your account has an individually agreed price, only your negotiated tier is shown (the other plan cards disappear), and an included add-on shows as "Included" instead of its list price, without a button. The public price list is unchanged for everyone else.
What is included in every plan
Every plan, including Starter, includes the core platform: account, companies, locations, employees, services, role-based access control, and the help center. Add-ons and the optional content modules are what differ between tiers.
Frequently asked
Why is Professional marked as Recommended? It is the tier most franchise systems land on. The badge is editorial guidance, not a discount.
Can I mix add-ons across plans? Yes. Add-ons are independent of the plan tier.
Are prices net or gross? Prices on the page are net. VAT is added at checkout via Stripe Tax based on the billing country and tax ID you enter in the billing form before checkout.
Is there a yearly option? Not at launch. Plans are monthly only.
