Gridwork

Gridwork is sold per account. You pick a base plan, optionally add a few add-ons, and everything lands on one monthly invoice through Stripe. Prices below are the launch prices in EUR. Stripe Tax handles VAT and reverse charge automatically based on the billing address and tax ID you provide.

Plans

There are three base plans. Pick one per account.

Starter. Free. Covers the core company, location, employee, and service management that every account gets, with no time limit. Good for trying Gridwork or running a single brand with the basics.
Professional. €25/month. Adds the optional content objects (jobs, references, posts, gallery) and everything you need to run franchise marketing day to day. This is the plan most paying accounts land on.
Enterprise. Contact sales. For larger groups that need volume terms, custom contracts, invoicing outside the standard flow, or rollout support. There is no public price; we agree one in writing.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Plan changes take effect on the next 1st of the month. We don't prorate, so you don't get a partial refund for switching down mid-month, and you don't pay extra for switching up.

Add-ons

Integrations are sold separately, not bundled into the plans. Each add-on is €19/month and turns on one integration for the whole account.

Website. Generate and publish a static website per company from the data already in Gridwork.
Google Ads. Build Google Ads campaigns per company from your locations and services.
Personio. Sync employees from your Personio account.
Google Business Profile. Manage GBP posts and listing data per company.

Add and remove add-ons at any time. The change shows up on the next 1st.

How billing works

You have one subscription per account, billed as a single monthly invoice. The pricing is per company: the base plan and each add-on are charged for every company in your account. Two companies on Professional cost two times the Professional price, and the same applies to each add-on.

The account holds the subscription, but companies are the unit you pay for. Add or remove a company and the quantity adjusts on the next 1st. If you run multiple accounts, each one is billed separately.

Stripe stores and processes all payment data. Gridwork keeps your subscription status, the active plan, the active add-ons, and a customer reference. Card numbers never touch our servers.

EUR is the only currency at launch. We will add more as we expand.

Where to manage it

Open Settings → Plan & Billing under the account. You can see the current plan, active add-ons, the next charge date, and a link into the Stripe customer portal for invoices, card updates, and address changes. Only account admins can change the plan or add-ons.
