Company Detail

The company detail page is the hub for everything tied to a single company — its profile, the locations beneath it, and any optional data your account uses (employees, jobs, references, posts, gallery, integrations).

What you'll see

The page header shows the company logo and name. Below the header, a sidebar lists the company's sections. Which sections appear depends on which objects your account has enabled (see Objects) and which integrations are configured.

Always-visible sections:

• Info — Name, logo, legal details, and contact info.
• Locations — Every location under this company.
• Employees — Staff across all this company's locations, with filters.
• Services — The catalog and per-location enablement (managed in Services).

Optional sections (visible when the matching object or integration is enabled):

• Posts — Marketing posts tied to this company's locations. See Marketing posts.
• Jobs — Vacancy postings per location. See Jobs.
• References — Portfolio entries. See References.
• Gallery — Categorized image library at company and location level. See Gallery.
• Personio — Office mapping and sync status, when the Personio integration is connected. See Personio.
• Website — Build status and deploy history when the website integration is connected. See Company website.
• Ads — Google Ads campaign generation when the Google Ads integration is connected. See Company ads.

Editing company details

Click Edit on the Info section to update the company name, logo, legal entity details, and primary contact info. Changes save when you click Save.

Adding a location

Open the Locations section and click Add Location. The new location is created under this company; you can manage its details from its own location detail page.

Searching across many locations

If a company has many locations, use the search and filter controls at the top of the Locations section. You can also reach a specific location directly from the global Locations list in the main sidebar.
